There are a few different options for paying fees for a student
From Fees Manager
- Click “Details” beside the required fee
- Find Student you wish to pay for and click “Pay”
- Enter in the amount you would like to pay
- Enter a payment ref
- Enter any additional information you require
- If paying by cash click save payment
- If paying by card click Pay with Card
From Groups / Classes
- Click the Groups or Classes Tab
- Find the group/class you require
- Click Fees
- Click “Details” beside the required fee
- Find Student you wish to pay for and click “Pay”
- Enter in the amount you would like to pay
- Enter a payment ref
- Enter any additional information you require
- If paying by cash click save payment
- If paying by card click Pay with Card
From an Individual Student
- Search for your required Student
- Click Fees
- Find the fee you wish to pay for and click “Pay”
- Enter in the amount you would like to pay
- Enter a payment ref
- Enter any additional information you require
- If paying by cash click save payment
- If paying by card click Pay with Card
**Same as from fee management instead going straight to the students profile**
Paying by Credit Card
To pay with a Card click the “Pay with Card” option. You will be brought to our secure page to enter in the card details.
***You will need to accept the terms of service before being brought to the card payment screen***
On the card payment screen
- Choose Payment Type
- Enter the Card Number
- Enter the Expiry Date
- Enter the CVV number
- Enter the Cardholders name
- Click Pay Now
**Note when paying with Card online to not refresh the page as transactions can go through twice**
