Adding SEN / Medical data to student profile

SEN provisions can be added to any student profile. To add a provision,

1: Go to students profile.

2: SEN.

3: Actions.

4: Add provision.

Once the user adds a provision, the school can select the provision type in the drop down box. Schools can add in provisions if one doesn't appear in the list by going to,

1: Settings.

2: Enums.

3: SEN Type.

Adding in Medical to a student profile:

Schools can add in medical details for each student under the medical tab of the student. Doctor details can be added / edited such as address and contact number, along with any files the school need to store.
