Exam Comment Bank (read time 1 minute)

We’ve recently updated our top menu navigation (July/August 2024). We’re currently updating our user guides to reflect these changes, so thank you for your patience while we work on this. The new menu is user-friendly, so you shouldn’t experience significant disruption. Exam comment banks are used by teachers when entering in exam results for students in VSware. Schools can have multiple comment banks here which can be selected from when a new exam is created.

1: Go to Settings

2: Exam Comment Bank.

By clicking on new comment, this will be added to the bank of comments for "General" in this case. To create a new bank, click on the actions button to the right and select create new comment bank.

Schools can add in new comments to the bank that has been created and can remove comments by clicking on the red bin.
