How to run the Fire Evacuation Report.

Accessing the Fire Drill Report

Click the Fire Icon in the top-right corner of the screen for quick access.

Use the filters at the top to choose how you want to run the report:

Bell Time (AM / PM), or Teaching Group for period-level accuracy.

If using Teaching Group: Select the date and choose the exact period (e.g. Period 2), then select the teaching group or class

The report will display a list of students with a Present attendance mark for the selected bell time or period, showing where students are scheduled to be at that time.

You can also search for an individual student to quickly see where they are timetabled during the selected period.

Download or print: Export the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file, or print a hard copy if needed.
