Stripe Verify Company  Directors

To help you navigate this quickly, we have outlined the steps you need to take below:

In VSware, please go to Admin > Fee Management >Stripe dashboard.  

On the Stripe Dashboard please go the Update Business information banner. You may get a screen confirming your "Business" (school) details. You can click continue or next if all is accurate. Where it asks you to upload a document to Verify beneficial ownership you can choose to Skip for now.

Click Continue and then the Edit button on the Review business Structure section.Make sure the business is listed as a Non profit organisation and the Business structure is listed as UNINCORPORATED Choose to Save.

For the Who is Director section, please select the main user of the account and then Confirm.

Please select the option to Sign electronic Attestation.
If you do not have the option to sign electronic 

Click Continue and then Sign electronically. Finally, select Continue.
If you are not able to sign electronically, please select Upload a Directorship Document

Please select the option Director Digital Attestation template. Select Download template and print the document. Fill out and sign the Attestation with a pen and scan the file back onto your computer. SEE EXAMPLE. of the downloaded form.

Once the document is scanned and on your device, please select the file and upload it. Select Continue. 

Once this is done, your verification is complete and you should be sorted without any disruptions.
