Removing access to Vsware when a teacher leaves

When a teacher has left vsware, you may want to ensure that they can no longer access vsware at your school. 

Go to Settings Cog Icon > Users and Groups > Users 

From here you will need to to find the user you wish to remove and drag them into the No Access column.

Now you need to go to the teacher's vsware page by typing their name into the search bar.

From here, navigate to the Personal page > Has Left School > Set this to yes.
