How to unlock blocked accounts after unsuccessful login attempts

A: Someone with an admin user role in the school will have to unlock your account for you.

This is done in Settings > System Settings > Users & Groups > Users > drag and drop the name of the teacher/user from the 'No Access' list on the left back to their correct user role.
