When students choose their preferred subject options, the school can enter these preferences into VSware's Option Block generator which will create the optimal configuration of option blocks and class lists according to the student's preferences. Then later down the line, you can import these option blocks into next year's file in timetable construction. 

Our recommendation is for schools to get their subject options process started as early as possible in the school year so that you have time to adjust the results if needed.
