Mrs Kelly has submitted an Absence Request notifying the school than her son John Kelly has a dental appointment on October 16th. from 10.20 to 13.20.

This video will show you how the administration at the school deal with this request.  Please note that users in the role of principal and secretary will automatically have the permissions to deal with absence requests but these permissions can be granted to any user using the Users & Groups permissions screen.
