Enter Principal Comments (read time 1 minute)
We’ve recently updated our top menu navigation (July/August 2024). We’re currently updating our user guides to reflect these changes, so thank you for your patience while we work on this. The new menu is user-friendly, so you shouldn’t experience significant disruption. If you need help locating specific items in the new menu however, watch our quick videos for admin users here, and for teachers here.
Enter Principal Comments
Principals can leave a final overall comment on each student if configured for the exam under Settings > Exams.
NOTE: The principal must have their teaching post set to “Principal” within their profile for this feature to work.
Step 1
When the principal is logged in, visit the main Classes tab.
Step 2
For the appropriate class, select the link View List.
Step 3
Select the exam button, which is only visible during the active exam date range. Notice the exam button label will be preceded with “P” to differentiate itself as the year head exam button.
Step 4
For each student listed in the left hand side, the year head can view all teacher comments and results before entering an overall comment and saving.
