Siblings are not linked properly
When students are not linked properly a number of issues may occur. Parents may see only one child when they log into their account, they may have different usernames for each student, or no children may come up on their screen at all.
This is due to the parent being set up as a separate contact for each child and the system gives them different usernames accordingly.
First ensure that the two students are linked.
- click into the Household tab on the profile of a student who you know has a sibling > click Actions > Add Sibling.
- Type the sibling’s name, select it from the drop down and hit Save.

Next, go to the household tab of the student not appearing on the parent's VSware you can see a bin icon to the right of the contact. Click this to remove this contact.

Lastly, Go to the top of the Household page of that same student and click on Actions > Add New contact.
Here you'll get a window prompting you to choose from the linked siblings contacts.
Tick the box beside the name of the contact you have just removed to add them and then click save.

Doing this will copy across their details from the linked sibling and resolve the issue.
