Fees and Online Payments - Everything you need to know
A list of guides that will help you create, apply and manage fees and also make and accept payments as an administrator.
We’ve recently updated our top menu navigation (July/August 2024). We’re currently updating our user guides to reflect these changes, so thank you for your patience while we work on this. VSware online payments allows schools manage fees and online payments with ease with a host of recording and reporting tools, and also allows parents to keep track of and pay school fees directly from their VSware accounts.
All schools can use VSware to record manual (non-card) payments whether they are signed up to VSware Online Payments or not, however if you would like to find out more about getting your school set up with Online Payments so that parents can make payments directly into your school's account via their own VSware accounts, click here.
